Hi. I have a new smooth collie. He seems to have very sensitive skin. I don't think I'm brushing him too hard but he seems to get brush burn. I use a wire slicker on him. Should I be using a differnt tool? Thanks! Kit

Well i would ask a vet, i mean they know most of the brushing tools, But my guess is try to brush him very softly, or get another brush. Or your dog may be alergic to the brush you are using.
My friend's dog was alergic 2 the brush they were using so they got a different brush. [Smile]
Hope that helps!!

Or you could go anywere to find a brush! Try one out for a few days to see how it works and if you don't like it you can always take it back and get another one! [Smile]
