my poodle has an enlarged heart that is resting on her trachea,,causing a constant and unrelievable cough..she is 12 yrs old and vets say this cannot be corrected,,,does ne1 no of ne thing that may relax or help her witth this annoying cough???

What has caused her heart to be enlarged? The only thing that I can think of right now is congestive heart failure. So maybe you should get that checked out some more.
