My 7 year old shephard has been diagnosed with pancreatitis. (tests done after much diareah and vomiting). She has been put on a bland diet. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with this potentially fatal disease? To my knowledge, there is no cure. Suggestions will be appreciated.

I thought there was...one of our friend's dogs came down with it over thanksgiving from eating turkey. She's fine now.
