I need some info on weaning my orphan puppies they already have teeth so i thought it would start tying to give them puppy food but i know it should be soft but should i mix in some of the replacer milk also or just plain?

3 weeks old is a good time to start weaning, I have 8 babies who are now 5 weeks and almost completely weaned.
The easiest way is to purchase commercially made puppy biscuits, soak them in some water, don't feed dry at this stage because of the expansion in their stomach!!
Depending on how many pups and their size, you will have a general guide on the packet, but you can soon tell if it is not enough as they will look for more, and it is pretty hard to overfeed weaning pups.
I normally add some pal puppy tin food to this biscuit mix, not much, enough to give it a palatable smell.
I don't use milk, as the general idea is to wean them off this, although you say yours are orphans, so I guess it wouldn't be a bad idea to say mix it half water, half milk, cause I normally let mum in with mine a couple of times a day and all night.
Hope that helps, if your not really sure, contact your vet, he would know for sure.

I love my labs.
