I have labs, sorry haven't replied, normally online but really busy with litter of pups at moment. I have 4, each colour, Yellows I have found to be boisterous, Chocolates quiet, but aloof, Black, well I would have to be biased here, are the most wonderful, quiet, and willing to please Labs. Ellie (black)is a pleasure to have around.
Some would say this is all nonsense, a Lab is a Lab, but from personal experience, this is my opinion.
2 Yellows, 1,10 months, 1,6 years. 1 chocolate, 4 years, Ellie-black, 2 years.

--------------------
I love my labs.

I have owned two blacks and two yellows. They all have just wonderful personalities. Is it the dog or the breed or both? It is all on your perspective.
