Just wondering what, if anything, anyone has heard about Pro-Heart 6, the heartworm prevention shot. To tell you the truth, I have only heard bad things and have a sneaking suspicion it could have been a cause in the death of my family's beloved 8 yr old Gordan Setter last July...

I have just started seeing commercials about that recently (within the last week)...I was often wondering about it myself...My pooch is on Sentinel...So far I haven't had any problems with it...I guess I won't be looking into the Pro-Heart 6 shot after all...I'm sorry for your loss
