I will be moving to Boston in May, and am trying to find a reputable vet in the area. Is anyone from the Boston area and can recommand me a couple vets? Or is there a way to find out the good vets in the area?

Not super close to Boston but when I lived in Plymouth I used the Kingston Animal Hospital in Kingston. But that was 3 years ago. I really liked all the vets there and never had to wait to get seen. Live in Wisconsin now so I have no idea what vets are still there and their current reputation. Good Luck

Thanks for your info. I will give it a try. Did you go to obedience training classes by any chance? Where did you go?
Thank you.

Sorry didn't do any obedience in Mass. I have only done it here in WI, FYI if you venture to Plymouth area, do not use nautical dog grooming and training. The woman that runs that place has a very harsh way of training. Just look for a local kennel club out there. They might offer obedience or they will be able to direct to where you can find a reputable trainer.

Hi. I'm in Plymouth also. We use Kingston but that probably is too far for you if you will be in Boston. I can highly recommend a trainer in Boston. The Pawsitive Dog. They are excellent. Their basic info is on their website www.thepawsitivedog.com
I have trained at a bunch of different places and they are by far the best. They could also help you find a good local vet.
Good Luck Stephanie
