Hi. We have an 8 week old yorkie pup with very watery eyes. Should I be concerned?

It could be an in-turned eye lid. They can out grown them. If not - it's minor surgery to correct.

When you go to your vet for your next check up - have him check.

Are you sure it's not his fringe irritating the eyes, or I guess it might not be that long yet, it could be his eyelashes doing it, wash his eyes with warm water, pat dry, and have a look to see if anything is getting into them first, this is very common in Maltese breed.
