I assume you are starting to wean them off mum? I start mine off with a rice based baby cereal it used to be called farex, with the specially made puppy milk you can buy at the supermarket. make it warm and faily runny, to make sure they can lap it and swallow it properly. Once they have been on that and none are choking i add some ordinary puppy biscuits that have been well moistened to the mix, mash it in well, gradully reducing the rice mix over a couple of days. Once they reach about 4and a half weeks you don't need to mash it up. Then I add a little puppy tin food, not much, just to give a taste. Make sure you have fresh water for them at all times.
-------------------- I love my labs.
