Ken talked about "How To Be Your Dog's Best Friend: The Classic Training Manual For Dog Owners Completely Revised" by the monks. Does anyone know that specific training is covered in this book.
I am looking for an indepth reference book to teach more more than the basic sit, heel, stay commands.
Anyone heard of "How to survive your dog's adolence" ?
Any one have any good suggestions? [ June 16, 2004, 09:23 PM: Message edited by: doglover ]

the monks book has a training course for the basic commands. also there is "the art of raising a puppy" devoted toward puppyhood. I really like the monks approach. a very down to earth book. also touching on relationship and how that it relates to training.
