I have a white Boxer(Lexy)that is 1 1/2 years old. She had a litter of 3 females on July 4th. 2003. The pups have been gone since they were 7 weeks old. Lexy still has milk in one gland and it is infected causing her to have mastitus in that mammory gland. Is this common for this breed? She is on antibiotics prescribed by her vet.
