i was wondering at what age a dog should be able to control there bladder because my puppy wets himself when he see a new person will he grow out of this or will i have to try teach him to calm down (he can get very excited he other day a brid flew pass while i was walking him and the lead cut my hand)
(and im sorry if u i try to hard to make him so great and pick on his every fault but my parents wont to get rid of him if he doesnt settle down )

How old is he and what breed? What you've describe isn't really bladder control, it's either him getting overly excited or being overly submissive.

it sound like you a either have a happy peeing or b submissive peeing.when he does this does he put his head down and crouch to the floor?or wiggle all over and jump up? wiggling is happy peeing. for submissve peeing you have to calmly walk past the dog take it outside before you say hello . they usually grow out of it dont worry.

He's just excited. Try to expose him to as many new people and new situations as possible. Over time, he will grow out of it.
