I was playing with my 8 month old puppy with a chew toy. I accidently moved my finger and his tooth kind of scratch and cut my finger a little. A tiny amount of blood was drawn not enough where it was dripping just a tiny bit that i wiped off with a napkin, then i applied hydrogen peroxide onto the cut. it stung a little. I have given my dog all the vaccinations he needs from my vet. But i havent given him the rabies yet. He is a apartment dog and we take him out about 3 times a day to eliminate. He has no fleas. I was thinking what are the chances that my dog has rabies and i just got infected? i am going to visit my vet today to give him the shot. he is a pomeranian/yorky ter. mix. thanx.

Your dogs would be exhibiting drastic symptoms if he had rabies. You would know that something was wrong with him. Chances are all will be just fine. Just get him vaccinated!

I agree. If your dog had rabies he would have show signs before now. Get him his shots and he'll be fine. ![[Wink]](wink.gif)
