How do i create a poll it says i dont have permission but usually you can create one without being a mod on forums.

I think that you have to be a member in order to post a poll. You have to post so many times to graduate from Junior member to member.

That isnt good you know why. IT ENCOURAGES SPAM. If there are bonuses to getting 50 posts people will spam to increase post count not smart at all.
