Does anyone knows if bull terrier (a.k.a Target dog) gets alone with lab?

any breed combination can get along together if both are properly introduced and socialised. its more about having the right combination of gender/age etc to avoid dominance problems.
If you get your dogs neutered and try not to have them within 6 months of each other's age it should be fine.
Dont keep 2 unneutered males together or litter mates as these are most likely to have problems. Labs are fairly easy going so they get along with mot dogs unless something has gone drastically wrong in their early socialisation.

Thanks, my lab is 5-1/2 months old and he is neutered. So I will see what happens after we meet the breeder.
