Hello my name is Sarah. I have the sweetest puppy who desperately needs help! Her name is Giselle and she is an 11 week old Maltese. Giselle has PRAA, or persistent right aortic arch. This is a vascular ring abnormality that causes regurgitation every time Giselle tries to eat. It is a genetic defect. She needs surgery as soon as possible or she will probably die. Unfortunately I am a full-time college student and I do not have the $2200 that she needs for her surgery. If you would like to read more about Giselle, or donate funds to go towards her surgery(all funds go to imom, a nonprofit organization, who pays the vet bill, all funds that aren’t used for Giselle or that are left over are used to help other animal in need) you can go to:

you can also view her picture here
Thank you for your consideration and kindness! God Bless you! -Sarah and Giselle-

If you can't take care of her why do you even have her?

I have spent $900 in diagnostics. We had a family problem and my mother is unemployed. No one can foresee an illness such as this. I forgive you for your insensitivity to Giselle’s circumstances.

Sarah, you might try calling a TV Station and talking to a reporter about this. They possibly might put it on the news and raise money for you. If not, I would suggest you run an ad in the newspaper saying you will give her to a good home if they agree to pay for the pup's surgery. There are going to be alot of other things this pup is going to need in vet bills, so you might want to think about letting someone who will pay for the surgery have her, for her own good. Sorry you have this problem and I'll say a prayer for you and your pup.

Yeah I think you need to understand it is not insensitivity but more concern for the long run. My puppy has cost me between 2-3000 dollars in vet bills, training, collars, leads, beds, crate, food, toys. There are alot of animals that are unintentionally neglected by people with good intentions because of lack of funds I know when i rescued my cat that was in my agreement to PROVIDE ALL MEDICAL care needed. If you got ths puppy from a reputable breeder you should be willing to contact them about returning the puppy for its own good.
