They're so adorable I'm so envious of all the pets you have. What I love about kitties is they're the easiest pets to take care of I've ever had. Mine are absoloutly spoiled, though. Your dogs are wonderful, I love pitties and pittie crosses, and of course rotts and mutts In fact, you own dogs that I would see at a pound and adopt on the spot...simply wonderful You're so lucky ![[Smile]](smile.gif)

thanks!I love my babies.Especially Geni She is my favorite, only beacuse I adopted her from the pound when she was 1 1/2 years old,it was her last day there if I had gotten a kitten that day she would have been put to sleep,& she follows me everywhere. She has her own pillow on my bed.She won't go outside. She won't even leave my room. quote: Doglover wrote:What is the little white guy with a face like a ferret. That's a ferret, her name is Heaven. My mom bought both Heaven and her brother Earth(he was a sable colored ferret)when they were around 6-8 weeks. She got them both from a really really good pet store,it was really clean & they had enclosed rooms so if you wanted to take a puppy or kitten out to play you could. They were also very helpful. Her brother Earth died of heat stroke last year,it was heartbreaking,he died in his sleep in the middle of the night. After he died Heaven took a turn downhill, because they had never been seperated throughout their entire life.Wait a minute........I just realized all of my pets except the ferrets are all rescued. We had to bottle raise Cayenne,Chico we got from Pets-&-People,Roy & Osha we got from a Pit Bull rescue in Missouri,Geni came from the pound,Puff Dog came from a home where he would have been bred (to his mom) & bred till he died, and he would have been abused.Puff Dog isn't even 2 years old yet & his mom has already had 5 or 6 more litters.Nobody knows how many she had before my kitten,Puff Dog,was born. People make me so made when they treat their animals like this. The dogs when they give birth at that house they have to give birth in dog feces. They are truly lucky that all of the dogs have survived. Puff Dog was the runt of the litter & the only male,I have this light up ball for cats,he was so small when we first brought him home that he couldn't even move the ball. The ball weighs about 2-2.5 pounds,my kitten only weighed about 1 pound.I'm not against anyone who breeds,as long as you know what you are doing & you don't just put the dogs together & let them do all the work.If you studied for years & you know how to tell when there are problems then yes you should be able to breed, but not everybody is like that.Don't get me wrong & think that I'm saying that nobody should spay or neuter their pets,I think people should, but not everybody does.Just so everybody knows,I'm not trying to start WW3 on the forum.I have seen some people on this forum who should be allowed to breed, people like Ellierat, she knows what she's doing. So she should be allowed to breed if she wants.I've also seen people on here who are breeding & they don't know c r a p (excuse me for saying this)about breeding.

BIGTIME-no-kidding about the breeding stuff. You have some beautiful pets!!! Our dog, Furbee, was rescued from an Ohio pound, her ears scabbed up with fly bites, emaciated, and covered with fleas and ticks. Still paranoid of thunderstorms b/c of her time spent as a stray. Real sweetie.
We recently lost a Greyhound named (by the track) Hudson Lover, or Love, for short. She was 10 when we finally had to put her down, suffering from multiple abcesses in her mouth from improper feeding as a race dog and two different kinds of skin cancer. She was abused by her former owners and was then bounced from home to home and finally to us, late in her life. When she was first found she had to be nursed back to health because of her horribly emaciated condition and other previous abuse. She, too, was a real sweetheart, tho.
