Oh that looks neat!! Thanks Dignity! Lucy does run with me, she loves that, but biking is too much for her little self. I'll have to go look at those trailers!

Cowgurly - have you ever thought about trailering Lucy? You can even get a trailer from Walmart or Target : http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...ci_sku=5679648

Cycling is lots of fun too! My hubby loves it, we bought bikes last year. Unfortunately Lucy can't keep up to a bike for long though, so we can't bring her.

My first week on the C25K program, I did way too much and hurt my foot. It seems to be better, but I think I'm going to stick with cycling until I can join a gym with an indoor running track.

I'm thinking of signing up for my first group ride of 25 miles, but I have to check my work schedule to see if we're starting mandatory weekends at that point.

Dignity I love the C25K program!! It's wonderful, it got me into running over a year ago. I've ran two 5K runs for charity since then, and just started to train for a half marathon last week! I hope I can do it! But it did get me hooked on running, and the program does work to gradually build you up to running 5K without burning you out I'm so glad I stuck with it!

Hi! I decided to join here. I am an active workout freak.. Pilates is my life! Mostly because I dont get tired during the exercises and feel great afterwards (minus the 1st 3 days of learning new movements cause then I am sore) I am a health nut for the most but love sweets so I need to limit that... But I am only a few more pounds to get back to my pre-pregnancy ever weight. (so the weight I was BEFORE the 1st baby) After 5 kids, I have a hanging belly which is mostly skin, but still sucks!

Today I started the C25K (Couch to 5K) program - which is a free program you can look up off the internet. I must say, my legs are sore, I burnt 300 calories, and I have yet to decide if I enjoy running. I figure I will try to finish out the week and see how I feel. If I just sit there - I'm sure I won't lose anything.

I purchased EA Active the day it came out and I've done 3 workouts so far on it. One I just did a pre-programmed workout, then for the other 2 they've been part of my 30 day challenge. I can really feel it today (but I also went to the zoo).

The resistance bands it came with are not the best, but so far it hasn't snapped, if it does, I have other resistance bands, so no big deal. The thigh strap is pretty well made.

You do NOT need to have the balance board for this "game" - so if you're interested in it and don't have Wii Fit - it's no big deal! There aren't that many activities that even use the balance board so far.

I'm hoping to lose 10lbs before my brother's wedding, so hopefully this will help me get there!! I have just over 2 months.

why am i gaining weight?. I do brisk walks in the morning and sometimes a jog, when i get back i do weights with a 5 pound dumbbell and sometimes a 10 pound dumbbells. I noticed i gained 5 pounds! is this all muscle? should i give up on the weights and go with cardio only?.

With the pregnancy, I'm trying to be healthier, as well as remain active to avoid gaining too much! Yikes. I USED to be thin. I've always had a large rib cage and not a stick like some women, but I did used to be relatively thin and not much flab. I wonder if I'll ever be that thin again. *sigh*
