Simple, get a spray bottle of water, add a tad bit of vinegar to it and spray into its face good and proper and say a loud and firm: NOT MORE HEAR ME THIS IS GOING TO STOP NOW!! You can most likely almost heat me with my pack of dogs but this is how I manage them in full control even pregnant females and ones with pups, they learn to look up to ME ONLY and nobody else. Also grab a hunk of hair on back of its neck, as u hold it lift up and squeeze while doing so or pinch it with finger hard and shake back n forth and LOUDY SAY:NO NO I WILL NOT PUT UP WITH THIS, PLEASE STOP IT NOW...HEAR ME.?????

Works every time for me and I am one breeders call and ask me to write a book how to run a pack of breeders together, I might one day ........who knows???////

Please do not spray anything with vinegar in it right into a dog's face. Always spray it over its head for the same results. Vinegar in a dog's eyes can really sting and burn.

That is the entire idea to get the dogs attention most quickly and humanely is to spray its face quickly. It only stings for a few seconds and some dogs do not even bother about it. It is just one way to gain quick attention to stop bad behavior. What about Mace cops came here and broke up a fight in front of me we had it in our eyes, mouth, etc. When dogs mistbehave u take the proper measure to stop it immediately. That is one reason I have the best behaved dogs in Pa state. I can run a pack of dogs with two males, how many breeders can say that.........NONE. I am in full control and I am a Positive trainer of Obedience and being the BOSS of my pack. I had one bad actor from Germany that came here titled and was dog agressive to any dog be it male or female that is why I buy puppies and grow them into wonderful adults my way.

It is not inhumane to spay the face with a tad bit of vinegar in a spray bottle, they barely feel the little bit of it just enough to holler stop and they do. Wipe the face and they are just fine. No worse than shock training collars, prong collars, etc.
Your body posture, voice along with a hand signal gets a dog attention with a louder voice or softer which ever works, mine I holler somewhat as I have 7 of them and they often do not hear me when I beg their attention. I would never harm a dog but I demand their total attention when they bicker or whatever and it takes a spray so be it, it works for me and my dogs obey and listen readily and are not harmed at all.

Define semi aggressive. Is there one of two dogs, not clear on that and if more than one what kinds? Are you talking about dog to dog aggession? If so what are the ages of the dogs. If it is dog on dog aggression, is there any other type of aggressive behaviour?

It all boils down to the individual dog and how you introduce them, dominant/submissive and all that jazz.
