Worried about Lilly

I'm concerned about Lilly.
I let her stay with my brother today while I was at work and didn't get to pick her up until later tonight, anyway she has diarrhea (sp?) and she has been shaking.
I have phoned a couple of emergency vets and they both said not to worry but I just have a bad feeling that something isn't quite right with her!
The emergency vets sounded very busy so I don't want to bother them but at the same time I want to get her looked at.
Do you guys think she'll be ok until the morning? It's 12:30am right now so I don't want to leave it too late.

Forgot to add she also isn't drinking, I have to make her have water with a medical syringe.
Thanks for your help!

can you get a hold of your brother and ask him what she might have gotten into?

I have tried that and he's not answering his phone, I'll keep trying though and I've left a couple of messages.
She's started vomiting now too, the vets still insist it's nothing but I'm starting to stress. If she isn't better soon I'm just going to take her in.

I think these little pups can dehydrate quickly, isn't that right. If so, I would take her to be seen--they could at least examine the poop. You could also see what they recommend for hydration--water doesn't have glucose or electrolytes that she may need.

Have you taken her temperature? Is it normal? Does she feel abnormally hot or cold? Have you checked her mouth for any obvious obstructions?

Thank you!
My thermometer isn’t working so I can’t take her temp, she feels very warm but she’s trembling and her mouth is very dry. She just vomited all over me and she’s very distressed but at the same time lethargic! I’m taking her in right now. I can’t take the risk even if it is nothing! I’ll keep you updated and thanks again!

Poor Lilly, let us know how she goes, I'll be thinking about you. Fingers crossed it's nothing serious.

Good luck with Lilly! I hope this turns out to be nothing or at least something very simple and easy to diagnose.
