Unhappy two week puppy

I have a puppy almost two weeks old that is shaking. She was very health yesterday, She ate today, but does not was to eat for this feeding. Mommy cleaned her and now she seems to be chilled. We even wrapped her in warm towel, but she is not responding that well. Should I be concerned if she does not eat for one feeding

Yes be very concerned! /When I had my litter the mom had to be rushed to the vet leaving the pups home with me. They have to eat every two hours or dehydration could set in. Get the pup to the vet for fluids and you may have to bottle feed her formula

Do NOT feed a chilled puppy, it's the quickest way to kill them. Keep her warm and get her to the vet asap, there is a glucose mixture you can give her but don't give her formula. If you need the recipe I can try and find it for you. I hope she is ok!
