have purple tongues.. i know chows do, but i want to know if any other breed does.

thanks, im just trying to figure out what breeds are in my dog.. she has to be somewhat of a rottie (she looks to much like one to not be part), she has a purple spotted tongue, and i know definately she has bluetick in her(i saw the momma).
