Unhappy

my dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis last thursday. She is currently on an antibiotic and motility drug mix along with pepsid AC. She is still having trouble keeping foods down, although she is essentially only drinking broth with about 10 pieces of food in it. I would appreciate anyones advice or success in treating this. Her spirits are high and she does not appear to be in any discomfort. Although i'm sure her stomach feels terrible. Her vet wants to avoid the IV solution at this time as would I. Also of some note she had an emergency a few weeks ago and threw a blood clot into her lung. To help with breathing and pain from arthritis (she's 14) she is also on prednisone. I am hopeful that she will recover as this is one very tough dog. With the emergency a few weks ago not one of us in the emergnecy clinis expected her to make it thru a few hours, let alone the night. Any ideas or suggestions would be gretly appreciated. Thank you

has her diet changed at all? recently, what about the yard or enviroment, any new sprays or cleaners? Things that can be ingested or absorbed throught the skin?

I'm sorry I didn't see your reply sooner dont know what happened there?

I had one person discuss the use of enzymes to assist in the digestive process.. I don't know if that would help your situtation or not, might be a question for the vet though?
