More Dog Recipes-Chicken & Cheese biscuits

I was trying to find ones where the ingredients would be readily available most countries:

Chicken & Cheese biscuits

2 cups water
1 chicken leg - bone & skin removed
3 cups whole wheat flour (or unbleached white)
1/2 shredded low-fat cheddar cheese (or other)
1/3 cup vegtable oil
1 egg

Boil chicken in water for 10-15 minutes - set aside. Reserve 3/4 cup of liquid.

In a large bowl mist flour, cheeese, oil and egg. Mix well. Shred chicken meat and stir into the double. Add the reserved 3/4cup cooking liquid. Knead on floured surface til firm.

Roll dough to 1/2" thickness. Cutie with a cookie cutter of your choice (BTW I saw several bone ones at the pet store). Transfer onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 50 minutes. Turn off the heat and let cookies stand in oven for 1 to 2 hours.
