Dog Recipe - Apple & Honey Delight

3 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon pure honey
1 egg

Combine all ingredients & mix well. Knead dough until it's firm. Roll dough to 1/4" thickness. Cut with cookie cutter or knife. Transfer to baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350oF. Turn off heat, let cookies stand in oven until hard. 1 to 2 hours.

White bleached flour is unhealthy for us all. Some dogs do have wheat allergies & other food allergies. Some signs of those reactions are runny eyes, reoccuring ear infections, skin alignments.

WE don't have a food forum yet. Maybe next upgrade. If you have any to post, call it DOG RECIPE - then the name. That way the search feature can find them fast.
