My dog is crying... HELP

Hello! I just got this nice Shih Tzu puppy that is about 3 months old. Today, when I took him out he suddenly started crying and limping from his back paw. Then, after trying to find out what was going on, he was walking and running as usual. I took him and gave him a bath and he was ok. I washed his paws and he was ok with it. After drying him, I put him on the floor, on the carpet and he started to cry again… know he’s in his room on a corner and doesn’t want to come outside.. what could it be?

Thank you so much...

The best advice I can give you is take him to the vet.

Could be any number of things. Is he eating & poopy ok? Is he drinking? Did he get scared or frightened? Is there things going on outside?

If it continues, I would go to a vet to try to find out what is causing it.

That was my first thought too, or glass or a stone.

Yup, take him to the vet to check.

I would take him to the vet....he is too young to really mess around with trying to self diagnose if it isn't obvious right away what is wrong.

He obviously needs to see a vet. But, by your description the first thing that popped into my pea brain is luxating patella. Knee cap slipped out and he cried and raised his leg, and when it slipped back in he was okay.

Let us know what the vet says. Poor baby!!
