Question found puppy in bad shape

my sister found a puppy between 6-8 weeks old. nobody has clamed her so she brought her to me to find a home. she is really sinky, drity ears, a piece of ear missing, a dew claw is missing and the other has no fillling and no bone and is floppying around. but what im wondering about is she has two bumps that are filled with liquid and fill like a water ballon. one is on her face and one on her stomach. what could these be?

I would take her to the vet. Tell them she was found and no one has claimed her. See if they can help you with any costs. Other than that I would call a no kill shelter and see if they can help you out.

I agree with Gingee...as young as that puppy is and with no history on it and the shape you described in...I wouldn't mess around.

Absolutly go to the vet!If threre are no local vets open, at the time you found her. Call a vet anyway the answering service can tell you where the closest emergency hospital is. They are pretty much open 24 hrs a day! Good luck
Dew claws are the extra toes that are on the inner foot. Most people get them removed when pups are young. They don't serve any purpose. Dogs that don't usually get them removed get caught and snagged on branches etc. Like hunters and gaming. Some long hair dogs just get thier dew claws caught in thier hair.

Those pockets filled with fluid are likely infections. I agree this dog should be turned over to a vet's care. If you can't afford to care for this strange dog, contact your local humane society asap.
