She get her self in trouble by playing outside.

Humans use ice or peanut butter, or just cut it off. I dont really know. Hope ive helped

Of course while you are trying to apply the peanut butter and massage it in, your little girl will be trying to lick off the peanut butter. Maybe you should give her a celery stick with some peanut butter on it to keep her busy while you get it off.

I totally go for the ice!!! Also a good hint you can get "stuff" off like them sticky balls n other stuff with cooking oil! Just rub a small amount in and work it out!
