How can you put wieght onto a dog, with what types of food to add onto thier kibble? And what food, is good to feed a dog to benefit thier heart?

well, i would start with duct tape and some pieces of steele! lol
or you could just give him fast food every day like people, he'll be a chubby buddy in no time! lol |

5 pounds ground meat
5 cups Total whole grain cereal 5 cups oats (slow cooking type) 2½ cups raw wheat germ ¾ cup oil ¾ cup molasses 6 egg yolks 5 packets gelatin 2 ½ tablespoons Solid Gold Seameal supplement Mix all ingredients together thoroughly like you would a meatloaf. Roll into balls no larger than 1 inch diameter. Divide into at least 6 separate containers or bags. Freeze. Thaw as needed for feeding. you can google satin balls" and get different recipies |

Satin Balls:
10 pounds hamburger meat 1 lg. box of Total cereal 1 lg. box oatmeal 1 jar of wheat germ 1 1/4 cup veg oil 1 1/4 cup of unsulfured molasses 10 raw eggs AND shells 10 envelopes of unflavored gelatin pinch of salt Mix all ingredients together, much like you would a meatloaf. Divide into 10 quart freezer bags and freeze. Thaw as needed and feed raw! another recipie... you can check her thread.. its called update on riley

Yep I have been giving Riley Satin Balls and so far they are working great! There are lots of different recipes. But I made up heaps for Riley and now my freezer is packed with them lol.

puppy food will work rather well. its safe effective and easy on the wallet. It has all of the fat requirments to help with dogs and weight problems , and taste good ( i'm assuming never have eaten the stuff)
