Shelter EXPLOSION
A horrible thing happened in West Virginia! Mason county Humane Society had an explosion, many animals were killed. Only 1 cat made it out alive!
The shelter was in need of a new heating system, raised the funds needed, and the explosion was a result of the new system. You can see the full story at www.petfinder.com/shelters/masoncounty.html This is awful, I just dont understand why these things need to happen.

What is so bad is that they had no chance to escape.

omgsh! thats so horrible *tears*
awe poor babies...who knows how many good homes could have been provided for them.

Awwwww that is just so so sad, breaks my heart. Thats one lucky kitty though
