what dont you like- Dog Breeds

i want to start a thread on what breeds people dont like since theres so many on what breeds you do like and if its your breed you have the right to argue but try to keep it to your self okay for me i dont like pugs they look so ugly to me okay and neopotolian mastiffs and also chihuawawas there just so ugly and mean

ok the whole Chihuahua thing is SOOO not true! You obviously haven't met rusty! I'll admit that some chihuahuas aren't the most beautiful dogs but I think that Rusty is and all of the other Chihuahuas on the forum. Just because a dog isn't pretty doesn't mean that it can't be an awesome dog and some of the "ugly" dogs are just cute! I like to keep things positive and not offend anyone who may own any breeds that I don't care for so I'm jsut not gonna post the ones that I don't really like

ok well I just don't like the whole thing about Chihuahuas being mean. Some are nervous and bite, but for the most part they are pretty friendly once you get to know them. I don't know how many chihuahuas you've been around but out of all the Chihuahuas I've ever met only one has ever been mean. They are skiddish around new people, but not necessarily mean.

I think breed of dog is more of a preferance. I don't like green veggies and many peope do. (although i don't know how!) I am not a big fan of certain small breed dogs, but there is always a dog who does not fit MY stereotype of the breed. My least favorite are doxies, but I have met a couple that I like also.

no offense to anyone who owns a doxie, heck you may not like my mutts! lol It's all about personal preferance. I don't think this has to be an offensive thread if everybody respects other's opinions. Thats all they are is opinions and thank goodness we all have different ones.

well i just dont like most of them because there always scared and skidish i just dont like them theres only one chihwawa i ever met that i like thats my num one most disliked dog on my list just my opinion

I just don't want to offend anyone. People get very protective of their favorite breed. I am sick of the arguing on here and think we are all mature enough to handle a topic like this if everyone respects other's opinions. I mean come on, we are adults or close to it!

i know it just sounded kind of funny but i wouldnt get offended if some one said they hate english mastiffs because thats their opinion

I don't think there is a breed of dog I don't like.For the most part dogs act the way they do because of the way they are brought up.If they are socialized enough they will all be friendly,if not you will get the skidish scared ones.Tho some standards call for the dogs to be alouf and not outwardly friendly and must warm up to new people.
There are breeds I will never own,but that is not their fault,I just know I would never want one.
