What does THAT mean?

This is NOT to start an argument!!! As a matter of fact, if an argument starts, I will beg Moo, BabyE, and Dax to close this thread. I am just curious if anyone else as heard of these...
Actually posted in this Sunday's Cleveland Plain Dealer...

CHI-AGLE (2 males) Puppies, very cute, born 9/6 shots and wormed. $150.
(same people have a CHIA-POM)

LABRAGUESE Designer Pups 5; $300 AKC OFA Parents, adorable Family Pets

PONCHI little sweeties, 2 males, vaccinations, 6 wks old $300 each

Now granted there is a goffins cockatoo listed as a GOLFIN'S and micro yorkies.... but still...

I didn't read through the Plain Dealer pet ads but I have never seen so many ads for
dogs in my whole life in that paper in the last few weeks. I did see theads for sales of dogs going on in two different hotels there
and that doesn't sound good either.

No, they are not good at all. It took up a whole page Sunday! Almost all of them seemed to say "GREAT XMAS gifts"
And I've seen those hotel sales before. You're right, they are no good at all.

wow. now that is rediculous! Mmmm, I've already started a petition in nz for tail docking dogs, how about a petition against all these backyard breeders?

CHI-AGLE.... Could that be a chihuahua x beagle? Strange. I wish people would stop doing things like this.

One has to wonder if person1 has a dog that is intact, lets it outside and the neighbors dog gets it pregnant and then they sell the dog as the mix. Anyway, it's bad! I don't even look at the pet section of the Plain Dealer anymore.

Now everything mixed with chi, Just to get pocket sized dogs, I guess people won't think that they could take after the larger breed and then they end up discarded as too big to carry around.
Newspaper ads are a way to find pups, and sometimes it's the only way people know of to find pups other than petshops.

Little Texas, are you trying to get NZ to allow tail docking or to disallow it?

what blows my mind about these type of ads are you can get ANY designer mix you want from you local pound for a lot less money, they just don't give them the fancy names. Just go to petfinder.com to see for yourself all the wonderful dogs who are in shelters waiting for a loving home.
