That is definitely a worry!
I personally would be very wary of buying any puppy off the internet. It's different if there was just an advertisement for the breeder but to have it so anyone can buy them is very irresponsible and wrong. I feel so sorry for all the puppies!

I always say use good judgement and good judgement says those guys are a bad idea. My Kiev's breeders had a website. I saw her there. But they had their parents' backgrrounds too. She's a real winner, my Kiev and if it were just me, I wouldn't have spayed her.
