what kind of dog is this
I got an eary christmas gift from my bf and it was a dog. He said that it was a pure breed shih zu but when I went to pet smart they said it was a shih zu mixed with lasso, what in the world is a lasso? help!!!

did they mean lhasa like lhasa apso? or are you sure it is lasso? Post pics of him!

Post pics, it helps bunches ^^ a Lhasa Apso is a small dog, has long hair. It's also called the little lion dog.

Honestly Unless it's an adult dog in full show coat very few people can tell the difference between a Shih Tzu and a Lhasa Apso, I would bet that you have a purebred Shih Tzu!
