iwas wondering what is the best puppy food to feed to my 3 month old american bulldog.

As long as it's high quality, you should be fine. I fed Nutro Natural Choice puppy food.

also is it safe to feed her with pieces of bread along with her food.

I guess it's "safe," but I wouldn't do it. She will eat the bread and less of the food. She needs the nutrition of the food especially since she's a puppy.
