Cairn terriers.. anyone have them?

I've fallen in love with the cairn terrier.. the thing is.. so far, I can only like them for what they look like. I would like to know their attitude and disposition from anyone who either knows or has experience with the breed. I just think they're the cutest pups ever.. I just don't think it's fair to judge them just by that.

"The Cairn is the essence of terrier: plucky, spirited, bold, inquisitive, hardy, clever, stubburn and scrappy....despite its small size, the Cairn needs outdoor exercise every day, either a moderate walk on a leash, a fun game in the yard or an excurision in a safe area." According to the "Encyclopedia of Dog Breeds" (D. Caroline Coile, PhD) the Cairin has a high energy level, excellent watchability, medium grooming requirements. Its also not known for its friendliness towards other pets or strangers.

Doesn't have any common major health concerns.

And, of course, its best known as the beloved "Toto" in the classic movie "The Wizard of Oz"

Hope that helps!
