Pet Insurance feedback requested

We have two dogs (rottie and choc lab) and are looking into Pet Health Insurance. The one we are leaning towards is "Veterinary Pet Insurance" http://www.petinsurance.com.

Does anyone have any experience with them? They sound decent, but the way it's set up scares me a little bit. The way it goes, we pay for the treatment, submit the claim and they send us the check. If they aren't on the 'up and up' or delay in refunding the claim, it could turn into a headache.

Any information on them or any other company would be appreciated.

i actually use them and they are very good. If you start young with your dog, it is cheapier and worth it. My dog gets into everything so there has been things that we only paid $50 for and would have paid $1000, like her eating pieces of the wall. don't ask.
