Canine Blood Transfusion

Is anyone here involved in a canine blood donation program? I'm thinking about enrolling Mara but would like to know opinions on this.

Ariel gives blood. She has since she was a year old.

We go every 3 months. The whole thing takes about 30-45 minutes (most of the time waiting). Your dog must be calm without sedation.
