he is a great and most loyal dog i have ever owned. at 5 years he is better than ever. he did save me from a attack by a 100 pound dog. my dog was on a leash and the aggressor came at us from nowhere. thank god for heavy boots and bo.

My parents have a red healer, but I would need to see a picture of you dog to tell for sure. Here is a picture of my parent's dog opening his christmas presents in our barn. I always say he looks like a pepperoni pizza. The black and white dog is mine. He is a German Sheppard mix puppy. Your dog sounds amazing and very loyal. I don't think my dog would save me if I were attacked. You really have something special.

I don't know about him being a pure Heeler, but he definetly has it in him. :3 The face is pure Heeler, in my opinion, and the body style is for the most part.

thanks savage, we love him no matter what he has in him. but yes, we agree he has alot in him. pure heeler? where he was found, was a blue heeler and red heeler breeder. my husbands co-worker lives by this guy and found these 3 puppies running in the woods. all the puppies had all the typical markings of blue heelers. he was the only one that was white with blood spatter face and body. also he has a blue streak running down his back. he was a little sausage then and now he is a big ham. a great big lover and wonderful boy. we are blessed.
