Can you tell me what breed this is?

I am getting a puppy from someone and this is what the adult looks likemy puppy is pure white though)


Any idea? It's a purebreed but I don't remember the breed. Please help.

my first thought was a briard, as well, but I didn't think Briards came in that colour...Almost even reminds me of a South Russian Owtcharka, but the ears and tail are wrong. I can tell you that I don't think this is a purebred dog. But if it is, it's a briard. That curly tail tho...and that colour...the AKC breed standard says that white is not accepted, but this appears to be a shade of grey, which is okay, but not prefered. I still think it's a mix, tho.

Are you sure you want one of these puppys? It seems to me that you should remember the name of the breed..just a thought :-/

It might not be pure breed but thats ok. It's my dads gf's sisters dog who had puppies. The breed she thinks it is is a japanese peach..which doesn't exist. But she lives in the philipines and could misunderstood.

It does kind of look like a tibetan terrier. That's closer to the size than a briard, and I've never seen them with hair that short, but I suppose it's possible.

Heres a picture of the actual puppy. If you look carefully you see there is a light brownish blonde on the ears and if you can see the tail where shes sitting you see its mostly the brownish blonde except for the tip which is white.
