How long has this been going on for?
Has she any other symptoms, vomiting, diarrhoea, thirst, etc?
Will she eat soft food, check her mouth, broken teeth Etc.
Is she her normal self, active if normally active?

I know many poeple oppose giving their dogs "people" food. I am generally one of them. However, in a case like this, I might be inclined to try some sausage, such as a hotdog - nothing that contains too much spice. I haven't seen a dog yet that will refuse such a treat. Although this is of course not a solution, it will give you an idea just how bad the situation is. Your dog should eat unless something is seriously wrong. I've had a similar problem years ago and was so worried that my dog would lose all his strength (he was 11 back then) that getting him to eat SOMEthing became paramount. He took the hotdog and digested it well. The same day, I purchased several different kinds of canned dog food (Max can be very particular and will not eat just any dogfood) and mixed a cut-up hotdog in - which he also ate. Consequently, he started eating again and still does. Don't know how your pup will respond but it's worth a try as long as you closely monitor how she responds: Make sure that whatever goes in also comes out - you don't want to burden obstructed bowels should that be the case.

Try something simple like a chicken and rice mix.
It's easy on their stomach and doesn't cause an upset.
Dogs generally love chicken and if you hand feed it to him, it'll be a treat.

I agree with both of the above, in hot weather Whiskey is not fond of eating, so I buy some chunky canned food and mix just enough to flavour his kibble, no if it is obviouse he has a stomach bug, I give him chicken/rice/veggies until the upset is gone.

My dog often has off eating schedules... I'm thinking it's probably from the changing heat that we are having in Vancouver, changing from high 30s to 15ish. If he doesn't eat his meal with added hotdogs pieces or such, I just make sure that I feed him treats and icecubes during the day, or else he will be throwing up in the afternoon from starving himself.

Hot dogs & etc are full of salt and spices. If you dog has a touchy stomach - boiled rice & eggs or boiled rice & boiled chicken breasts are much better for them.

The 100% chicken ones... that are kind of pale and look kind of sick. :P

Basically, whatever your dog will eat, mince some of it up really small and mix it up in the food with some warm water. Then she has to eat the other stuff to get to all of the goodies :P
