wish us luck - tummy troubles

Faith's been getting sick lately - sometimes when she drinks a bunch of water (we mostly fixed that by letting her have as much water as she wants, but in small quantities rather than just filling a large bowl for her) and sometimes before she eats breakfast or right after she eats her food.

she's also not eating breakfast and dinner at the same time like she always did. she'll go some days barely eating one cup of food, and then other days where she can eat like a horse.

we've got a vet appointment tonight to see if they can figure out what might be wrong.

wish us luck.

and, no, we haven't changed her food/routine/anything lately.

Aw, poor Faith!

Hopefully it's just a little bug. How long has it been going on?

i know this will sound bad, but it's been going on since Christmas Eve.

she had a horrible bug for like 5 days around Christmas, then she went back to her old self.

for most of January she was a bit funny about eating sometimes but got sick only once, so i figured it was just something she picked up outside.

but, it's now been too consistent (not the getting sick, but the not eating well) for about 2 weeks now.

thanks guys

i am honestly just hoping it's something with her food, not a blockage or an illness.

Poor sweetie, I hope the bet can make her all better. Sending long distance hugs and saying a little prayer for her quick recovery.

thanks!

actually it's funny (but not really) my husband and i were talking about it last night and he asked "what if it's really something serious?" and i told him "get ready to sleep on the streets then, cause we'll pay what we need to to get her healthy." he responded, "well, at least she'll be there to keep me warm!"
