Update from Dobermom's post on Slim
We did a home visit for a family a couple weeks ago and they finally made it up to the rescue. They met a few dogs but fell in love with Slim! They took Slim home yesterday and I called tonight to see how things are going and all is going very well! Slim is such a joy and loveable dog, he definitely deserved it! Here's a pic of Slim from a few weeks ago, he's gained a good amount of weight since then and looks so much better! As soon as I get updated photo's I'll post them!

That's awesome news! That poor dog definitely deserved an awesome home! I hope all continues to go well for Slim
I can't wait to see updated pictures, too.

Well, Slim is doing very well in his new home! Here's some pictures of him with his new family. They have found him to be quite a joy to have and very entertaining!
