Cool Great smelling Shampoo or "after bath spray"

Good day everybody!

I had a question about a great smelling shampoo or after bath spray for dogs. I am looking for a fruity yummy fragrance for my pup. I love the oatmeal shampoo and am going to try the Rio Vista shampoo because this lady at a dog specialty store here recommended this Mango natural shampoo. It smells great in the bottle, but it has given my poor dog flaky itchy skin. So I will need to order the oatmeal shampoo because I can't find a place in my area that carries it.

Has anyone tried the spray they make? I was wondering what it smells like? I am not into flowery or herbally smelling things. More into fruity or vanilla.

All your informative info will be most appreciated! Have a great weekend!

I have not tried the brand you are speaking of but normally a manufacturer will put the same fragrance in both their spray and shampoo. Perhaps you could buy your shampoo on-line?

I've seen that one online Moo. What does it smell like and is it good for itchy skin?

Sorry about your dog fiasco in the playground, I was walking my dog the other day and this lady's big dog ran across the road and tried to attack my dog. She was calling and calling for him, but never came to her. I just was waiting for her dog to start biting and then I was going to freak out! He just pushed my dog around abit and then we just slowly starting walking away. The lady was still calling for her dog to come while we were all the way down the road.

Another time, we were walking an a lady across the street has a JackRT on a leash and a large pit off leash. The pit came strolling up and she told me not to be afraid, he looks mean but he's really a suck. I said "Oh don't worry, I've been around lots of pits and know they are sucky" She said her JRT was the big meany and would attack if he was off leash. I don't know why people assume the larger breeds are always more visious. No always.

Kirby got his for christmas, my aunt bought it locally.

It's sweet smelling. Kind of coconutty, kind of fruity. There is one in a pink box instead of blue, it is made for dogs with sensitive skin. I think IcyMist said that she has the puppy formula.

Kirby has done better on non-dog shampoos, since he has a typical Coton de Tulear coat, but the shampoo was quite still impressive.

The company also has this: [Which I have never smelled]

"For special outings or occasions, your pooch should always have an air of distinction. Specially designed for a dog's sensitive sense of smell, this light eau de toilette contains half the alcohol found in regular eau de toilettes and will leave your pet pleasantly perfumed for days. With its fresh notes of fruit, fig leaves and cedar, it's sure to make you and your dog each other's best friends. Spray onto the palm of your hand and apply onto your pet's back and flanks with a gentle caress. May also be sprayed onto a brush. Keeping in mind the delicate skin of dogs and puppies, HOTdog was created with the same attention to detail as with our baby product collection. Developed for a dog's highly sensitive sense of smell, HOTdog products were rigorously tested in collaboration with a pet grooming spa dedicated to the hygiene and well-being of animals. Toxicity tests were done on hundreds of dogs along with feedback questionnaires from their masters. The packaging is original and fun. Like a dog's muzzle, the bottle cap transforms into a ball for your dog to play with. With HOTdog, both human and canine can now enjoy the dog grooming ritual!"

I love Lambert Kay's Fresh N Clean shampoo and conditioner.

The scent lasts for days. The scent is hard to describe. Very Clean smelling! They also have a creme rinse and a spray which you can use between baths.
