If there is a Petsmart close by, they hire bathers. They also have classes sometimes where they train you to groom. I had a hard time trying to get a job at a groomers because so many are self-owned and don't need to hire anyone to work. I would say just go into as many different ones as you can find and ask if they need any help bathing dogs or even just sweeping the floors. The entry level job might not be great, but it will give you experience to get a better job later. You might even have to volunteer a bit before having enough experience to get hired. Do you live in OKC? If so I could give you tips on where to look.
