ok my chi cisco is in need of his **** glands to be u know..ewww,,i know how to but do you think that it is better left to the professioals? cause i really dont want to do ..but i fi have to should i bath him while doing it? or can i just do it?

id do it b4 you bath him, if you know how to do it then you dont need a professional groomer to do it.

If you know what you are doing go for it, if not take him to the groomer, vets charge MUCH more money than groomers for a task as simple as **** glands.

as long as u no what u r doing than its ok definatly after a bath but dont do it if ur unsure as u can cause a sist around that area which is very sore for the dog

Make sure u get the right glands for there are five under a dogs tail in different places Gino's Docter explained to me. It is not hard to do if the dog stands and u have a little help, stinks to high heaven but saves u bucks in the end and all should learn to do this as bad dog food is causing alot of the problem. Wear Gloves also and nose clamps like in the swimmming pool> lo.

yea well i had hix fixed on friday..so i just let them do it.. i know how..but he was there anyway and they didnt charge me for it (YAY) so i left it to the pros this time lol..wow you learn something new everyday..we changed his food when i got him..its a better food thens he was feeding them well at least in my opion..Natural choice.. i like it i fed it to zues and zoe they loved it
