Scobby Doo

Here is the latest dog I have fallen for from the rescue! He is super sweet, but has alot of problems.
He has been at the rescue for Vet for about 2 weeks, is he too stressed to stay in our kennel, he SCREAMS, its awful!
This poor guy is about 4 years old, he has chewed all of his legs RAW! Its most likely from stress. He has a bladder infection, prostate infection, and a very low thyroid. He has been bounced to several different homes in a VERY short time. He was either crated nearly 24/7 or locked away in a room.
I brought him back to Indy, and one of my Vet techs is going to foster him, get him well, and then adopt.
In the couple hours we traveled togehter, I really fell for him. We talked alot! lol
The picture here his legs look good, they are all raw, and were even worse before!
DobesRUs has some other pictures of him, when shes this maybe she will post them.

Poor boy! Sounds painful! Well I'm glad that you came along to help him! Is his name really Scobby doo or is it supposed to be Scooby Doo?

That is so sad. People never seem to think before getting an animal and they think they can just lock them away forever. I hope he gets well soon and finds his forever home!

Scooby Doo - Jake Original Photos

Here's the photos Dobermom was referring to of Jake's paws when he first came to us and stayed at our vet's office for over 2 weeks while he got well enough to go to the kennel and go to a foster home! Luckily he was only in the kennel for a few hours waiting for Dobermom to be able to leave to take him home!

These pictures aren't for the weak stomache.

Any infection in his legs? You have to wonder how bad of a mental state he was in to do that.

Hopefully his mind heals as well as his body.
