Need Help - Itchy Puppy
Hello:
My puppy is about 10 weeks old. I noticed some crusties on the inside of her ear flaps - not the canal. It looked like the dermatitis spot my cat had a long time ago - before we got the puppy. So I used the same steroid, anti fungal, antibiotic cream they gave me for the cat. It seemed to take care of the yellow cruties on the ear faps. Yesterday I noticed another spot starting - it looks like little scabs forming between her eyes. One of the little scabs fell off, taking the hair with it. She has an appointment with the vet on Saturday. Does anyone know what this may be? Thanks.

Could be anything from ear mites, fleas, to mange. Or just an alergic reaction to something in your garden. So long as she is well in every other way, I would not worry too much, most of these things can be cleared up with medication.
Post back on what it is after your vet visit...curiosity.
