sounds like she is bringing up from the inside of the gut, has she been eating grass a lot, is there grass in the vomit? Have you wormed lately? Is she still eating, drinking? Is she active or listless? How does she seem to her normal self?

When in doubt take a sample to the vet. It could be a stomach disorder. He can recommend systematic treatment if just a nervous stomach which can include peptobismo.

Well, given the details, which when you look at it, I am not a vet, I can't see your dog, It could be a simple case of worms, which you would notice in the vomit as long skinny pasta, or a simple stomach bug, which normally your dog would vomit till nothing left then this yellow slime, or something more serious, yellow slime from the inside of the gut, which is the juices of the gut, not just food, it is too hard to know, is there any blood in the stools (poop as americans say, we just say ****, or poo). Raised temperature, (first sign) blood in vomit, Please give more info, it could be anything.. take your dog to a vet if it continues for more than 4 days, something is wrong, it is not normal, it could be the food etc.. frothing at the mouth...poisioning...
