    Shedding....

My dogs shed all year long. Is this normal? I am not talking a little bit. I have a cattle dog/pit mix & Rhodesian/pit mix. I have forest green carpet and vacuum every single day. Thank God for Dyson.

Everyday there is a layer of hair. And they smell no matter how much grooming they get. Kinda like that same smell little kids get when they play in the sun all day.

But I love them to death!

Year round shedding is completely normal for some breeds of dogs. I have a labxstaffy and she has a coat exactly the same way. It's the curse of a mutt
The lab in her has a beautiful thick coat but the staffy in her demands to continuously shed. I have a black dog and white tiles. So I am continuously sweeping.

Either bare with it, or change all your carpets to a nutral colour for the dogs hair
